It is already the first week of February! We have been busy this winter hanging new pipeline in one of our maple bushes. This will add about 800 taps to our operation over and above what we have been tapping for the last few years. We are eagerly watching the forecast to see when the sap will start running. School groups are booking trips to the farm and we have begun to receive bookings for our immersive, hands on Maple Experience “The Sweetest Smell on Earth” as well as our March Break Sugar Bush Tours. All events and experiences require advance booking this year (this is a change from previous years). To reserve your spot, follow the links:

Our farm store is open with locally sourced Ontario produce as well as our preserves, baking, maple syrup, beef, pork, chicken and more!
Our farm store hours are currently Tuesday-Friday 10am-4pm; Saturday 10am-3pm; Closed Sundays and Mondays .
“Winter” home delivery schedule:
Every other Friday, beginning Friday November 22nd. Available in Haldimand County and Hamilton.
Order pick-up is available at the farm during store hours.
