Now available:
Garlic Scapes: These grow out of the top of the garlic; We pull them in June to allow the bulb to fully develop. They can be preserved or frozen, or chopped up fresh and used in any recipes in which you would use garlic. They have a milder garlic flavour. Comes in a bundle of 10.
We will begin harvesting our garlic bulbs in early July.
