Due to the perishable nature of some products (e.g., fresh fruit and vegetables, baking), we are not able to hold preordered items that are not paid for past an agreed upon time. “Cash on delivery” items that are not picked up at the agreed upon time will be sold to the next available customer.
Items may be picked up at the farm (year round) or at one of the farmers’ markets that we are currently attending (seasonal only). Please state where you would like to pick up your item in the “order instructions” space.
There will be no refunds on tour or meal tickets that are not used within the season/calendar year that they were purchased for.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of the product you have received, please return it to us at your earliest possible convenience and we will happily replace it for you.
At this time, we are required to ask for proof of vaccination from anyone 12 and over who is served food inside (i.e., during our Family Maple Experience). Please be prepared to show this when asked. If you are not able to show proof of vaccination, we cannot serve you food.
