Sorry Eric, I am just seeing your question now. We do sell beef by the quarter or half. There is about 200-250 lbs in a quarter. there is a bit of a back log because our butcher is so busy right now. We also sell it by the piece from our freezer. Ground beef is $6.00/ lb. It is listed on our online store. We just picked up another beef and will have those cuts and prices on our estore soon.
